Writer's Scott Duncan and Ned Kerwin, AKA" The Best Damn Screenwriters in the World" (New York Times) have once again proved that LA is not in touch with the East Coast's sophisticated taste. The film is a must see for the intricate allegoriical connections that prove Hollywood glitter is fool's gold. Some allusions are subtle, but the message is both social and satirical. The dry imagery and homages to Beckett , Tolstoy and Satre haunt viewers long after the film closes with new insight into god and the superman, and leaves us wanting to learn more from Duncan and Kerwin about human fragility.
