    I never laughed. Once. Amatuerish and extremely pointless, Big Momma's House is an extreme waste of time.

    This was by far the worst comedy I have ever seen. Shame on Martin Lawrence!! This was written by someone who does not know the meaning of "comedy." As for the make-up, it was probably the only thing that was done "okay" for this movie. For anybody who made this their first Martin Lawrence movie, I feel sorry for him. Give Martin another chance by watching another one of his movies and you won't be disappointed.… Expand

    Lawrence wants us to believe that old black women are just damned funny, whether or not you want to believe it. And if you don't, he'll just have the old black woman have diarrhea too. It's funnier now, isn't it? No?

    I loved this movie! It was wonderful! I had a few laughs now and then, yes, but I wouldn't say it didn't keep me from laughing. This movie was the kind for entertainment. Always wanting more.

    BRILLIANT! This film is a must see and an excellent watch! The film is interesting,funny and action-packed! I loved it! It also has a bit of mystery and excitement that everyone enjoys!

    This movie is generally good, however, the script is not amazing! One moment you are on the edge of your seat and the next you are rolling around on the floor laughing! A MUST SEE! 1O 1O 1O!

    Epic movie that I love to see the week-ends with the family, just hate how Often they are passing the film on television. But either way, is a comic movie, and with a little back story.

    Its not the most smart action comedy of the genre, but its got laughs and the characters are actually interesting.

    The sight and sound of Lawrence in fat-lady drag remains engaging throughout; script may often let him down, forcing him to keep things afloat almost single-handedly.

    Any movie that employs an oven mitt and a plumber's friend in a childbirth scene cannot be all bad, and I laughed a lot.
