  1. Get the soundtrack; wait for the movie to come to CMT.
  2. Keith -- a consistent hit-maker who wrote the controversial 9/11 song "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue" -- has a future in movies if he wants it. Hopefully, they'll be better ones than this.

The Country Music Channel's first foray into feature filmmaking is sickly sweet and thoroughly predictable, and woefully underuses veterans Harper and Reynolds, but it features some stirring performances, including BeBe Winans and Willie Nelson dueting on "The Uncloudy Day."

Keith is an awkward, galumphing presence, but he's more fun to watch than Kelly Preston as the girl's uptight mother.

I think that this was one of the best movies that I have ever seen. I love movies based in the south. Toby Keith and Lindsay Haun are awesome.

Storyline was so weak, and it didn't make a lot of sense. Starts with saying "your father's brother died", yet the grieving and funeral is of her own brother, and we never hear or see anything about the other brother. There is absolutely nothing worthwhile in this movie, but it's pleasant entertainment for awhile. Would be better if it was a made for TV movie because then you don't expect a lot. Collapse
