The visuals are irrepressibly witty and so is the script, which morphs from the classic fable into a spoof on "War of the Worlds." I prefer this version to Spielberg's.

I am so pleased with the general movie, yes i know that the story line was weird but the characters and their actions made you laugh, especially the fish. But the movie was based on parents understanding their kids and giving them the opportunity to express themselves. In all the movie was amazing..

The best movie **** is very funny , the jokes of the movie is **** plot and the charcters are also very **** story is nice and objectively with several incredible music for the feature film.I recommend to all ages

The movie did make me smile. It didn't make me laugh, and it didn't involve my emotions, or the higher regions of my intellect, for that matter. It's a perfectly acceptable feature cartoon for kids up to a certain age, but it doesn't have the universal appeal of some of the best recent animation.
Chicken Little is entirely lacking in anything "Disneyesque."
The studio's fresh corps of CG animators may get up to speed before the current four-picture cycle is completed, but if they don't get better material to work with, the sky will be falling along Dopey Drive.
The usual pop-culture jokes, disco tunes, and sarcastic narrator are on hand to prevent atrophy, but by the time the sky really does start "falling"--courtesy of an alien invasion-- Chicken Little's frantic efforts to stay farm fresh have started to wear on the nerves.
If I could find some facet to praise, I'd be glad to do so, but the production's mediocrity is all-pervasive -- story, character, graphic design, even music -- and it all points to a failure of corporate imagination, or maybe just nerve.
I went in the cinema with low expectation and left pleased with the general movie, yes i know that the story line was weird but the characters and their actions made you laugh, especially the fish. The movie may even delight little children, but older audiences who have access to the play nowadays may like the movie more for nostalgia than being a good Disney movie. The animation (3D) is good, the dubbing is good but the script is not so neat and some characters are not as charismatic as they could be. But it's also far from being a bad movie. It's just "satisfactory" impartially speaking.

Chicken Little makes me mad at Disney. How could such a beloved studio forget how to write characters and compelling story? How is the studio so misguided as to not only miss heart but go so hip. All the pop culture references feel like a desperate attempt to prove they are hip and cool and bring in audiences. What’s even more misguided are the attempts at heart. When the film is not dating itself with humor in regards to references and pop songs it is throwing generic/unlikeable characters. You’re either annoyed at the hipness or left shallow at the extended mopey and dopey scenes. When the film is finally upbeat it doesn’t feel earned. I know Disney meant well with this film but this film both when I saw it in theaters and rewatching it now left me so empty and lifeless that its hard for me to sympathize with them. I feel bad that this is what Joe Grant was dedicated. A talented former Disney employee deserves something better (thank goodness for Up) to leave Disney on. This isn’t a film for family or even toddlers (ok maybe) it like the acorn incident is an embarrassment and mistake.
