    It is an inspiring story and very well meaning, but it is so bogged down with extremely stereotypical characters and contains every cliche in It is an inspiring story and very well meaning, but it is so bogged down with extremely stereotypical characters and contains every cliche in the book, therefore it leaves nothing original for the viewer to enjoy. It relies too much on manipulating the audience with melodrama, rather than to offer originality. The performers try, and they do well with what they have. Well produced.     This is a stinker. Brendan Fraser is stiff and awkward. Harrison Ford's loud overacting is an embarrassment. Kerri Russell is fine, but This is a stinker. Brendan Fraser is stiff and awkward. Harrison Ford's loud overacting is an embarrassment. Kerri Russell is fine, but the script gives her nothing much to work with. This could have been a gripping movie in the hands of someone competent, but Tom Vaughn's version is a dumbed-down production that is just painful to sit through. Full Review »
