Fighting has real grit and excellent acting. In other words, there is gold in that dirt.
  2. In Channing Tatum, who also starred in "Saints," the film has a good-looking, magnetic hunk to draw a crowd. Terrence Howard lends the pedigree of great screen acting, and Zulay Henao adds charm and glamour.

    Fighting seriously lacks punch.

Punchdrunk—and that’s being generous. There isn’t one novel scene, idea, character, in this entire tomato-can movie. Shawn (Channing Tatum) is supposed to be a big up & coming ‘fighter’. The problem is in every fight he gets his behind whupped—so what makes him perceived as being so good? the fact that he doesn’t quit? Or that he’s lucky? It sure the heck isn’t about him actually have real bone-fide street fighting ability. And Shawn is a southern boy with a temper problem? Yeah, right. Well, he’s stupid, alright, but that doesn’t make him southern. Expand

How is this movie getting halfway decent reviews? Worst movie I have seen since the last Indiana Jones movie.
