    As narrated by Mickey Rourke and with appearances from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno, the movie captures the men who mix “sports, entertainment, art and a way of life” — as the former Governator describes body sculpting. It’s their honesty that looms large.

    Great movie. Even if your not into bodybuilding it is still a enjoyable movie. I wish jay cutler was in it more. But they did a great jibeGreat movie.     The amount of dedication presented in this film is astonishing. If you have no true education into body building and the amount of disciplineThe amount of dedication presented in this film is astonishing. If you have no true education into body building and the amount of discipline involved with it, you will after watching this. It allows for insight into a world that the average person does not realize. It encompasses all the different avenues of approach from each bodybuilder leading up to the grand finale. A great documentary! Expand
