You have to hand it to Texas writer/director Stephens: He wrings out a barely watchable hundred minutes here using only washed-up actors and a washed-up genre.

Writer-director-producer Glen Stephens does occasionally have grim fun, but something as irredeemably sadistic as this packaged as entertainment is almost depressing.

With plenty of cheap shocks but little real suspense, Hoboken Hollow is nothing more than an uninspired cavalcade of carnage, much of it shamelessly gratuitous.

A little over the edge, but full of gore none the less.

One of the worst 'movies' I ever had the misfortune to sit through. Ended up fast forwarding through the last 20 minutes just to see how it ended. It is not even one of the 'so bad it is worth seeing movies'. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Expand
