Jul 28, 20117A good enough popcorn flick, with Jen Aniston and Kevin Spacey stealing the show. The former plays against type, and the latter playing himself to the extreme. Basically a slacker bromance caper film with some neat homage to predecessors
-
Jul 23, 20111If you have any semblance of a brain or intelligence or a tuned sense of humor skip this film. Its tres' weak and just like so not funny. Bad. Pedestrian. #fail.

Aug 12, 20119This movie had me laughing from beginning to end! I even saw it twice to make sure it was that funny and i still laughed my butt off!Loved all the characters everyone is hilarious especially Charlie Day.Overall this is the funniest movie i have seen all summer(and i watch a lot of movies) and one of the top films of the year!!!

Jul 10, 20118Horrible Bosses is just a good time all around. I went in with very high expectations and I think it's safe to say they were met. The only negative thing I can say about this movie is that it just feels like something is missing, and the worst part about that is, I'm not sure what it is that's missing.

Jul 11, 20112I liked the cast, I liked the premise, the only problem was they forgot the funny. I can literally count on my fingers the number of times I heard even a chuckle come from the relatively packed theater.
-
Aug 23, 20110I'm with YOU, Brendan, I went to see it last night, I thought IT was going to be very funny.....I was looking forward to see what kind of "vengeance" They were going to execute on their bosses..maybe it WAS...just a Little...my friend and I found it to be extremely crude and crass...we left the theater after not even an hour into the movie. We are not prudes !!!!
-
Sep 25, 201110the movie is very good, because it has a great story and of course a great cast, this film is also an excellent and entertaining comedy that makes atentatos everyone is thrilled with the film
-
Oct 3, 20119It wasn't what I expected, but it WAS funny. The plot was pretty solid, and the acting in it was pretty great. Some parts were better than others, but overall, it was a pretty good movie. I'd defiantly go and see it again.
-
Oct 22, 20112How this movie has a better overall user score than Drive is mind-boggling to me. Clearly these are very different types of movies, but after seeing drive in the theaters last night I decided to rent Horrible Bosses. After 30 minutes we stopped watching this steaming pile. Nothing was humorous, the entire thing was painful. Apparantly I'm in the minority, but this movie sucks.
-
Dec 20, 20117Relatively-vaguely funny caper with Kevin Spacey walking away with best actor. Nice to see Jennifer Aniston looking hot, albeit a bit mental, and Colin Farell's brief appearance was unsettlingly amusing. However nothing to write home about on the comedy front in general. The gags are predictably stoopid, popcorn mush.
-
Aug 10, 20126Another studio comedy with no real surprises and an creaky plot, boosted by solid jokes. Realistically, this is more acting reel material for Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Kevin Spacey, and Charlie Day than anything else.
-
Dec 23, 201210This movie is original, entertaining and has a very good argument. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jul 10, 20119The movie was a solid 8, with a fun story line, great casting, plenty of laughs all the way through, and the additional scenes I've never seen in a movie, until this one, in the out-takes during the credits, make this a 9. It is vulgar, sexual and gross, but a good film for those who are not prudes.

Aug 12, 20117The fashion in the movie industry when it comes to comedy is adult humour. It is delicate to handle as it can easily be misconstrued as crude/crass in the wrong hands. Luckily this film has a number of gifted comedians whose talent helps us forget the inadequacies of the film giving us a number of funny moments.
-
Nov 27, 20116It was a pretty generic comedy film for the most part. The actors/actress who played the bosses were outstanding and definently worth watching for them but the other actors of the main cast werent as good. Also its pretty boring and stupid as well.

-
Nov 3, 20116jajajajajajjaaj ... I loved Julia (Jennifer Aniston), the movie was something ridiculous but fulfilled his mission: to entertain and get me laughing...
-
Jul 17, 20115definitely a DVD rental, not a lets-go-to-the-movies-full-price-ticket movie. If Bridesmaids is still out in your area, that's a far funnier film and worth a full price ticket.
-
Oct 6, 20114Horrible bosses isn't that horrible, but it tragically failed as a comedy, because, this 'comedy', isn't funny at all. Just skip this movie, and save your hour and a half of your life on doing something. Do the dishes
-
Feb 15, 20139Absolutely hilarious and one of the best comedy's I've seen in a long time. Excellent writing and acting. It will have you rolling. Highly recommended.
-
Mar 20, 20125A fun, yet forgettable film. This is a shame, as the premise of the movie is pretty ace and could have been woven into a much meatier project. Collin Farrell is very funny, though, and you can't help but wish that he had more screen time.
-
Nov 15, 20117Ultimately a good comedy especially with Miss Spotlight Stealer, Jennifer Aniston. HB is your typical comedy, but Hollywood and its brethren has its way by keeping you tuned with sexy twists and turns.

-
Jun 17, 20126Albeit far from original and uneven. Thanks to smartly assembles cast that makes the most of solid premise works. Kevin Spacey's line makes me laugh hard.
-
Jul 12, 201110As long as you see this before hype kills it, its worth every dime....every character has a good part, and its nice to see J. Aniston with a dirty mouth. She kills it. Really, everyone did well considering the story is fairly see-through.
-
Jul 31, 201110The best comedy movie i watch in months, maybe years. My god, i LOL-ed many times throughout the movie. Great acting from the 3 guys. Astounding. A must watch. 4.5 stars
-
Oct 18, 201110A more realistic version, (and this year's) Hangover. Absolutely hilarious and pitch perfect. Great cast, great script great time. My favourite comedy of 2011.
-
Jul 9, 20118Proof that Hollywood can still make original, clever movies. Kevin Spacey particularly steals every scene as the twisted boss Harken. This is "Office Space" played to a wider demographic with just as many laughs.

Aug 8, 20116Saw this, Bridesmaids, and Change-Up in the same weekend. This was at the bottom of the pack. The first two-thirds of the movie were slow and not all that funny. When all hell starts breaking loose during the last third, it gets funny, but it's not enough to save the movie. Thank god for Charlie Day, though. He still plays himself (aka almost Charlie from Sunny), but he's so darn likable.

Jul 11, 20116It was decent could have been better. The movie was well acted but some the the jokes just were not funny. The movie falls a little short of its potential but it is still not a bad watch. I would never buy it, but I will never regret watching it.

Jul 29, 20118The best R rated comedy since the hangover. The story is well told as well as well written. The comedy is smart and well thought out unlike many comedies in this day of age. If your looking for a movie that's funny and has a good story I suggest you watch horrible bosses. If your looking for a bad movie with dumb comedy I suggest you watch zookeeper
-
Jul 9, 20118Horrible Bosses provides constant laughs throughout. The bosses are truly terrible people but the main characters all bring there likable unique personalities to the movie. Obviously the plot is ridiculous but it's easily the number two comedy of the summer behind Bridesmaids and will hold up as a rewatchable comedy for years to come.
-
Nov 22, 20116overall, i think this is a good movie with an interesting plot. The characters were also good, especially the bosses who i found to be huge a**holes, but in a funny way.
-
Jul 9, 20118A funny movie that provides constant laughs along the way. No, not gut wrenching laughter, but good, solid laughs. A good date night movie experience!

Jul 11, 20116Went with high expectations. Overall the movie was pretty good, however there were a few slow parts and parts where the ADD kicks in and I would look around in boredom. Several funny scenes that had me laughing the whole duration (probably annoying others in the theater). It's worth a watch, but that's all.
-
Jul 15, 20119Much funnier than Hangover, in my opinion, but I also think Hangover was WAY overrated.
Pretty much the entire movie is funny.
Don't agree with the person who said the movie was too short; it was just the right length.
Our movie theater was filled, and everyone seemed to enjoy the movie. -
Jul 24, 20119LMAO for most of this well paced movie. JA was super hot and a refreshingly new role for her and the boys were hilarious. Most of the negative reviewers tend to over think analyze comedies in general instead of just enjoying the ride.
-
Jul 28, 201110This is one of the funniest, not to mention bizarre, films I've seen in a very long time. The whole audience was belly-laughing. The acting was incredible. We couldn't stop talking about it after it was over. A MUST SEE!!!

-
Aug 12, 20118I liked this movie overall. Sudekis, Day, and Bateman are very funny especially together and leads me to ponder why they are not in more films. Spacey is fantastic as usual and Aniston and Farrell fight against type casting and are rewarded thoroughly for it. Not the funniest movie this year, but it does a good job.

Sep 4, 20116Generally, a better movie than I was expecting. Jennifer Aniston plays a shockingly sexual role, and the three main characters are likeable enough that you're interested to see where their stupid scheme takes them. Some of the jokes don't land so well, but it is worth a watch.
-
Sep 3, 20119I liked this movie, it started off a little slow, but sped up and was funny as all get out! The actors were all good, Kevin Spacey is the ultimate SOB, I highly recommend it.
-
Sep 10, 20117Nick, Kurt and Dale are all cursed with a horrible boss. Dave Harken is extremely controlling with psycho traits, keeping a tight leash around Nick, while a cocaine addict ,Bobby Pellit, inherits his fatherâ
-
Oct 1, 20118This is totally the best comedy film of this year
Way better than bad teacher or bridesmaids
Must watch 4 all hangover fans
Almost as gud too and quite similar 2 it n sum ways...great actin by everybdy -
Nov 8, 20117Good and so much funny in some moments, but most of the time it feels really stupid, the story is ok but is to predictable, horrible bosses is a good but not brilliant comedy
-
Oct 24, 20119A great comedy. Finally a comedy that actually can make people laugh. I mainly only saw it because it didn't have Seth Rogan as the lead. It was miles above The Hangover.

Nov 18, 201110A hilarious comedy. Metascore is totally off on this one. It is a great comedy film, and well, yeah, bit of an action and plot things and whatnot. Yeaaaah, pretty f---ing good movie.

Jan 28, 20126This film would have been a lot better if they focused on the bosses more then they did the 3 main characters. The bosses were hilarious (Colin Farrell was the best but sadly only has a small part) but the main characters were just generic and boring. The acting was good and it did have quite a few funny moments that justify watching the film but is it as good as everyone makes it out to be? No.
-
Mar 25, 20128Horrible Bosses is a crude and raunchy film. Good that is what i want. Funny as hell and a great story with acting by everyone well above par. One of the funniest movies of the year.
-

-
Mar 26, 20128Insanely funny and raunchy. The movie didn't hold anything back, and pushed actors to their limits. It wasn't cliche as so many other comedies are. It was nice to see Jennifer actually play a different character over her dull self.

Jun 10, 20128Funny movie the cast was great Charlie Day was hilarious! So if your a fan of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia this is a must see movie. Jason Bateman and Jason Sudeikis were great too. If your looking for a good laugh then Horrible Bosses is for you.

Nov 7, 20127Horrible Bosses is hilarious, and even then, it doesn't go as far as it good have. It had Hangover potential, but, nevertheless, I'm thoroughly entertained.
-
Nov 28, 20128Impossibly irreverent and almost mercilessly hilarious, "Horrible Bosses" amounts up to a great comedy for adults.
-
Dec 7, 20125I actually liked this a lot. Nothing special but still funny, smart, terrible...it all worked. I was definitely entertained. Jennifer Aniston was particularly funny.
-
Jan 19, 201310This is one of the funniest movies ever! each and every one of the charecters is amazing in their own right: the three bosses are HILARIOUS, and each of the boys has their own comical charecteristic.
-
May 17, 20130Too many talkings, bra, bra, bra, boring.
-
40These bosses cannot justify either murder or lasting comic memories, fatally compromising a farce that could have been great but ends up merely mediocre.
-
75For something like Horrible Bosses to sparkle, the actors have to shine... and shine they do.
-
33The coarseness wouldn't be so bad if at least the steady stream of obscenities were funny.
