    Benefits from blend of live actors with computer-generated effects and backgrounds. Feature doesn't add up to much more than an enjoyable novelty.

    Though conceptually clever, the results look stagy and schematic and recall nothing more than a pale imitation of Terry Gilliam's "Brazil" (1985).

    On a spare stage set, Dresser's clever script is allowed breadth for contemplation; here it's sodden with animated sludge. Watch it with your eyes closed.

    I had anticipated a much different movie, though stylized to have unique aesthetics it still seemed like a student project. It was quite excrutiating to sit through.… Expand

    Saw it about a year ago. Clever script is dumbed down by the rather bad-looking CGI. Feels overlong as well.
