Stuff johnny, steveo is the da man! i'm going to see him in concert i love him so much, i'm even gettin one of his tattoos, the one he don't like so much on the back of his neck, I LOVE STEVEO yeah!! (ok ok johnnys kool to i guess, but steveo is still so much better).

It's tough to talk about this movie without giving anything away, so all I'll say is this: If you are a fan of the TV show, you will LOVE this movie. It takes everything that's great about the show and takes it up two or three notches. What I like so much about Jackass is that the stunts are all good-spirited. All of the participants are yucking it up, laughing at themselves, and things never get negative. Never any hard feelings between the guys, even when they abuse each other. I obviously don't know what the old Vaudville shows were like, but I would imagine that they were a series of short sketches like this movie, designed to get laughs, & that's about it. This movie does an EXCELLENT job of making you laugh, and somehow it's paced quite well. I still can't believe they found a stunt that Steve-O wouldn't do (but trust me, another one of the boyz picked up the slack and pulled it off...or stuck it.....). Just see the damned thing!! I didn't think I'd like this movie but I watched with a couple of friends and roared with laughter throughout!

Some chuckles here and there. Other moments are total nauseating grossouts. I loved the roller disco inside the truck swerving out of control stunt. A bit better than "Freddy Got Fingered". At least Johnny Knoxville has an acting future and not Tom Green.

This movie had me laughing from beginning to end. I have never laughed so much during ANY movie before. I suspect it is because there is no story to drag it out, just constant pranks. I felt great after the film because I had basically laughed for 80 minutes straight. I would encourage anyone with a strong stomach to see this movie. Generally horrible, but with some outrageously original cinematic moments. Everyone will be blindsided by the humor in at least one of the skits. Told almost as a documentary about the hapless, it purports to claim the dumb must be tough, but its underlying message is that there is no limit to the dumbness of the tough. It is clever and inventive, but I don't consider it a movie of critical consequence just because it was released on film stock. WHY? Thank god for boot-leg copies. At least it's just time lost and not money too. Although I will admit, my friends loved it, all of them. This score is just my opinion. I'm more of a Monty Python fan. I did try though.

Many people rate this movie low because of the idiocy in it, and the nude guys on a crosswalk. But this movie was created for the sole porpouse of laughs. Seeing these guys make complete fools of themselves and become seriously injured in front of a shocked crowed is funny. I was crying 10 minutes into the movie, and, a day later, my cheeks still hurt from laughing so hard. See it early to experience it in a full theater - this beat out American Pie for the most collective gasps and screams I've ever heard in a crowd. It's not as hardcore as the Steve-O videos, which is a good thing. And wait till the house lights come up before you leave.

Was I supposed to laugh? Should have gone straight to video where it could be hawked on late night t.v. with the Girls Gone Wild videotapes.

A really funny movie, the FIRST TIME. But those who have seen it in theatures, and liked it, and decide to rent it/buy it, you will NOT like it at all a 2nd time. It is more of a see-one-time-only movie.

I never believed in dumbing down. I always thought it was a cheap way of absolving yourself from blame, to point at some aspect of the mass media and blame it for making everyone stupid. But, I thought, surely no one show, or film, or cassette tape, can lower standards? The people have to let these standards be lowered consciously, to an extent? For the most part this movie split my side and bruised my knee. Just how I like my comedies. The "Oh God no parts" were an unexpected plus too. I appreciate Knoxville and his gangs ability to f*ck themselves up for my enjoyment. Thank you guys, thank you.

Humor, cave man style! I cannot believe how incredibly funny Jackass: the move was. Although you find yourself saying "please don't" you can't help but laugh at Knoxville's crew. This movie is crude enough to force a group of 15 Mormons to leave the theater only after 30 minutes, they should have known that this wasn't a "God's Army" type of film. I am not bashing the Mormonistic ideals, but they should have known what they were getting into. Jackass: the movie hurt my stomach from laughing so hard. Party Boy is HOT!!

The movie had some great stuff; however, a lot of the material was old (either in jackass, cky, or steve-o videos). However, it was certainly entertaining and worth seeing. It had its moments.

This isn't art. But it is highly entertaining. I laughed until I nearly wet myself and then laughed some more. Strictly a "guys" movie though, the women didn't enjoy it quite as much (they only lasted about 10 minutes).

Jackass its my favirote movie in the world ive wached it 20 times and i still love it. Johny knoxville,stevo,bam margen, prestin, ryan dunn, dave england, wee man, and chris Pontius make the best team in Jackass the movie.
