  1. Isn't exactly good - like "Legally Blonde 2," it's a more exaggerated, less buoyant sequel to what should have been a one-off comedy - but it's enjoyable.

Screenwriter Marc Lawrence, who worked on the original, throws in unbelievable plot twists merely as excuses for comic mayhem.

    Lame and inoffensive.

The only thing remotely resembling a character arc is handed to Regina King, the ferocious Margie Hendricks in "Ray."

It's unnecessary in the sense that there is no good reason to go and actually see it.
  6. Without better material, Bullock’s talents will remain undercover.
  7. 20
Even as sequels to bad comedies go, Miss Congeniality 2 seems completely at a loss for fresh ideas.

It's surprisingly halarious. Some of the jokes are still in my head; 'do you have an euthanasia program?' lol!

Like "Legally Blonde 2", this film is a less fun second installment to a comedy whose legacy would've been untarnished if not for the sequel.Like "Legally Blonde 2", this film is a less fun second installment to a comedy whose legacy would've been untarnished if not for the sequel. Disposable but still enjoyable. Plot doesn't stray from expectations. Dialogue sometimes obtuse, but there's some snappy zingers in Disposable but still enjoyable. Plot doesn't stray from expectations. Dialogue sometimes obtuse, but there's some snappy zingers in there as good as the original, like advice on breaking up with a guy, "you just beat him up and move one." Collapse

I was in a bad mood when I saw this and it put me in even a worse mood. I liked the original but this stunk to high heaven.
