    By the time the closing credits roll, you'll be ready to run out and hug a tree.
  2. Clearly intended as a reminder that one person can move - or, at least, save - mountains.
  3. Brower's legacy, however, is beyond question. Historian Starr calls him "an American hero," and though Brower was a prickly sort and a zealot, that judgment sounds right.
