Mar 10, 201310This film held my interest throughout the viewing. It was striking in its display of the cruelty the common people suffered under Pinochet and the power of the media to turn out the vote of the people who were thought to be complacent and unwilling to even vote due to their apathy and depression. I found it inspiring.

Feb 27, 201310This movie blew me away! It's like the others in the trilogy in that it is straight facts and stories told from the people themselves. It shows how messed up the media is and how it warps peoples minds. A pretty great film overall.

40You'd think that a movie about such a dynamic moment and such a vibrant ad campaign would be more dynamic and vibrant.

88The Oscar-nominated No has the gritty feel of a foreign film from the 1970s. As such, it may take a few minutes for most moviegoers to adjust to its rhythms. Ironically for a film about advertising, there’s nothing slick about it — and therein lies much of its greatness.

67Anchoring a terrific cast is Bernal, who gives one of his best-ever performances.
