With commendable sincerity but also an unfortunate Hollywood veneer, Nomad is a poor man's "Gladiator."

The film had huge promise and could have been excellent because it's based on is an awesome legend. Unfortunately, they did a mediocre job interpreting it for the screen. There are high points such as the scenery, the costumes including the jewelry, and elements of the story that sneak through but overall the movie is disappointing. Expand
