Jan 29, 201210Enjoyed One for the Money. One of the better romantic comedies I've seen in some time, and my husband enjoyed it too. I don't understand the vituperation and bad reviews from critics. We see 1 or 2 movies a week & this was entertaining & good fun. Should be rated accordingly.

Jan 29, 201210Have the critics who are giving these bad reviews actually READ any of these books? Katherine Heigl is GREAT as Stephanie Plum and the movie was fun to watch. Let's hope that this undeserved negativity won't ruin the chances that we can enjoy some more of our favorite Evanovich books on the big screen!

Jan 29, 201210This is why I had reviewers. They have no idea what "we" want to see. I read the book and this movie was fun to watch and held my interest. I'm glad I went, regardless of what the worthless reviewers have to say

40Wouldn't it make more sense on basic cable? Plum screen incarnate (and film producer) Katherine Heigl got her start in TV, on Roswell and Grey's Anatomy, and her public persona – a combination of prickliness and adoration-seeking that has famously grated on viewers' and critics' nerves alike – has historically played better there.

Jan 30, 201230Most depressing is the spectacle of Debbie Reynolds in the de rigueur Betty White role - Hollywood having relegated seniors to the category of adorably "outrageous" while it caricatures single women as desperate updates on romance-novel heroines.
-
20Flirty bickering is rampant but, courtesy of Heigl's inert performance, there's no heat or humor to the proceedings, just an avalanche of grating big-hair-and-bad-accent New Joisey caricatures.
