Has a soundtrack crammed with infectious music gleaned from fairly surprising sources.
  2. 60
A one- way ticket to infantile heaven.
  3. A rare sequel that's better than the original.
  4. 58
Filled with skewed humor, inventive animation and earthy jokes.
  5. 50
The makers of this eclectically animated adventure, a follow-up to "The Rugrats Movie," know their audience, though all the "Godfather" references will be thoroughly puzzling to at least half of it.
  6. It's a mass of interchangeable moving images, none much more significant than the others, linked to a plot looser than a 2-year-old's shoelaces.
  7. 50
Isn't novel entertainment, but adults who accompany kids to it are not likely to feel that it is a form of abuse for either of them.
  8. 50
Predictable and not terribly clever, but among the slim pickings of movies geared to the pre-school and grade-school set, it could be much worse.
  9. 50
Where it succeeds smashingly is in the sound department.
  10. 50
All of this film's faults are nearly forgiven for the short but memorable scene of sumo wrestlers singing a karaoke version of "Bad Girls."
  11. Great movies are sometimes described as filet mignon or champagne, but this one is more like a pacifier.

You get Rugrats In Paris, a steaming pile of unfunny, unexciting, and just plain boring crap with average visuals, no witty jokes, no gross-out jokes, no smart jokes, no slapstick jokes, no innuendo jokes, just a lot of really, really, bad gags taped together to a rip-off of a bad movie. I wouldn't wish this one my worst enemy. What's wrong with Hollywood? How hard is it to make a decent movie? Full Review »

Anyways, it's better than its predecessor and the best of the Rugrats movie franchise. Full Review »
