"Rugrats in Paris: The Movie" is a step-up from "The Rugrats Movie" in basically every way: A very emotional plot, great characterization, solid music, good animation, strong voice acting, and plenty of fun little antics from everyone's favorite cartoon babies. Regardless of your feelings towards the show, "Rugrats in Paris: The Movie" is a great watch for kids and adults alike.

Where it succeeds smashingly is in the sound department.
The makers of this eclectically animated adventure, a follow-up to "The Rugrats Movie," know their audience, though all the "Godfather" references will be thoroughly puzzling to at least half of it.
This is really a great film. I just really liked it. And I really love how Angelica acted in the Rugrats Movie. That really made her fit in with the others. I think that Chuckie and Angelica are my two favorite characters from Rugrats. Score: 7.7/10. Grade: B+.

Nickelodeon's cartoon babies and their parents get a free trip to a Paris amusement park when one of the fathers, who invented the main attraction, is summoned to fix it. Nauseating gags—those that aren't about dirty diapers concern the contents of an airsickness bag—suggest the makers of this eclectically animated adventure, a follow-up to The Rugrats Movie (1998), know their audience, though all the Godfather references will be thoroughly puzzling to at least half of it. Stig Bergqvist and Paul Demeyer directed.

This film is pretty boring and pales in comparison with South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut which is the superior movie. I would rather stub my toe or play Superman 64 than watch this again in my yet-to-be-born son's house. Kira (My mommy) is pretty ugly in this film.

This movie was pretty bad. Very dumb theme song. Lazy animation. The Simpsons Movie had better animation than this. The Pickles family is so overated. I think should spend more time with The Simpson family.
