I loved this movie! Sure its a little weird. I found that 15 to 21 year old like it most. Thats what this kind of humor is for...

With Scary Movie 4, director David Zucker and screenwriters Jim Abrahams and Craig Mazin (let's call the trio: "ZAM") do more than just spoof recent scary movies. ZAM's gags, puns, and parodies bring out the philosophical confusions at the heart of contemporary responses to politics and art. In other words, ZAM's "bad taste" exposes the hegemony of "good taste."

I absolutely loved this movie! It is not only the funniest movie I've EVER seen, but it's one of my favorites this year. Anna Faris and Regina Hall are amazing as always, and the excellent supporting cast include Craig Bierko, Simon Rex, Anthony Anderson, Molly Shannon, Leslie Nelson, Charlie Sheen and many more surprise appearances. It did a perfect job at mimicking the films it was spoofing, and the sets, costumes and lines were nearly exact from the spoofed movies. Awesome flick to kick off the summer! Expand

It still has the stupidity as the others, and the same crude jokes (some suck but that kinda makes it funnier). It was way too short though. if it were longer it would = best in series! 9/10

They set out to make a hilarious film, and thats what they did. Although it was actually not a good film, it was still funny and thats what matters.

This was humorous and yet too goofy. I would say that this isn't one of the best Scary Movies I've seen, but I like this film. Some disturbing moments, but hilarious dialogue.

Worse than Scary Movies 1 through 3… And they were terrible.
  2. And as ever, the jokes are a jumble of the gross, the baggy, the raunchy, the mistimed, and - every once in a while - the refreshingly incorrect.
  3. The humor emphasizes quantity over quality, but the batting average isn't too bad. And where else can you witness Leslie Nielsen do a nude scene?
