    I went in with rather low expectations given IMDB's rating of this movie but I was pleasantly surprised; excellent visuals, genuine character development and conversation plus a few memorable scenes to boot make for a must-see sci-fi thriller. I sat through the entire movie with my eyes pretty much glued to the monitor and I enjoyed every minute of it. It starts off a bit slow but once it picks up, it just doesn't let go.… Collapse

    It's a little dry, but definitely not worthy of the unanimous dislike pointed its way. Predictable, but nice to look at. I see signs of studio interference and a mountain of "what-could-have-been's", the twenty minutes of deleted scenes on the DVD speak volumes.… Expand

    I rented Star Wars III (Revenge of the Sith) and this over the weekend. After suffering through the last Star Wars, an unmitigated disaster, I actually thought better of this sorry work - at least it showed that there is flesh underneath the makeup, something George Lucas forgot years ago.… Expand

    Really bad movie. Expected higher quality but instead i get garbage. Just a waste of time and we could watch better movies. Terrible SFX, terrible voicing, terrible story, what else?… Expand
