  • Starring: , ,
  • Summary: Jaded and bitter Dee Dee (Anne Heche), hopeless romantic Bebe (Marcia DeBonis), and human train wreck Clementine (Alia Shawkat) are about to experience the worst day of their lives. Follow this fearsome threesome as they embark on a hilarious misadventure around New York City, surviving disastrous haircuts, vomit-inducing cab rides and a freak encounter with a murderous vibrator. Directed by Carrie Preston, this quirky, down-and-dirty look at friendship gets honest, crude, and in your face as it answers one of life’s great questions: “Why does it always have to be so hard?”…. An unpleasant comedy about friendship, aims to be a female twist on the bromance. Crude and knockabout, it nonetheless has - like many a bromance - a sloppy, sentimental heart.

The road to hell is paved not just with good intentions, but with movies that attempt to capture the way women really talk.

It's deeply frustrating to discover that this 2012 movie has precisely the same concerns as the ["The Women"] - appearance and men - with raunchy frankness about sex added and every trace of real wit siphoned out.

An embarrassing girls-behaving-badly indie romp you'd expect a group of friends to write after an all-you-can-drink brunch.

A noble goal, but That's What She Said's overload of self-loathing is apt to break the audience's spirit first.

Avoid this one like, well, a yeast infection.

This nadir of equal-opportunity raunch forces viewers to spend time with a needy yeast-infested adult who doesn't know how to go on a date with a man; her grating, neurotic monster of a best friend; and a third, random younger chick, who's crazy-upset about some tedious thing that happened with her boyfriend.
