NilsP.Jul 22, 20049A fantastic and frightening movie. Though I saw it two months ago, I still remember the feeling of dread I had after leaving the theatre. It would have been nice to leave the viewer with a feeling of empowerment, but it had an effect nonetheless.

MikeB.Oct 17, 20069Forget your standard-issue horror flicks, this film is truly the most frightening piece of cinema I've ever subjected myself to. The Corporation puts the fear of the Invisible Hand into the viewer, doing for capitalism what Jaws did for beaches.

RandyW.Jun 10, 200410Complete, definitive, informative portrait of the corporate entity. Thoroughly entertaining. One of the best documentaries of the year.

DamienVJul 26, 20049"Worth it just to witness the elightenment of that one CEO" I couldn't agree more.

-
MathewJul 6, 20054As slickly made propaganda this film succeeds admirably. Those inclined toward an anti-corporate bias may well cheer and rally to the cause, barking out their "right-on" with each successively checked box of indictment. But, for those who hope to find an incisive thoughtful balanced piece of investigative journalism

L.ContiMar 30, 200510It plays out like the perfect essay. Those who complain that it's too long often received "C's" in school and couldn't understand why. I'm talking to you Mr. Ebert.

StevenS.Jul 11, 20049At once funny, somber, infuriating, and even inspiring, this film should be seen by anyone remotely interested in the future battles that will be waged against the ubiquitous growth of The Corporation.

CarlosAJul 20, 200410Felt like a monumental door the size of the screen was opened for a moment... that was one hell of a closet of skeletons. Worth it just to witness the elightenment of that one CEO. A must-see-again. Long, but worth it.

TracyR.Jun 13, 20048It's too long and would have benefited from slightly tighter editing, but it's smart and compelling.

JoeB.May 8, 20050Very well made propaganda in the vein of Moore - F9/11. Zinn and Chomsky do their very best at removing all perspective from the discussion. The naive (read; college students) will eat this up.

80Powerful, infuriating, and ultimately sobering. Make an effort to see it.
-
80A surprisingly cogent, entertaining, even rabble-rousing indictment of perhaps the most influential institutional model for our era.
-
100Its coolheaded and incisive, a thorough and informative study of corporations, their origins and their place in the modern world.
