    A Disney Thanksgiving movie that plays like a Halloween holdover is odd enough. Even so, it wouldn't be that bad if you stuck your hand into the trick-or-treat bag and found a hefty, succulently dressed and edible turkey instead of the other kind.

    I found the movie mildly enjoyable and it did have its brief moments that made it shine, but it really does not live up to the potential of what it could have been. A real shame. Aside from Eddie Murphy, everyone else is utterly forgettable and poorly executed. The special effects are average at best relying on old school gimmicks in a modern age, and it shows. Set pieces on the other hand are quite stunning and the movie actually does feel like an amusement park ride. Overall: An average movie that might be good as a rental for the kids (really young kids.)… Expand

    I thought this movie was okay. It could of been better. But I thought that the 2 child actors did a better job acting than the rest of the cast. But I really liked the trivia associated with the ride.… Expand

    Wow. I detest this movie so much. It's just awful all around and even though I saw it when I was like seven years old I can still recall how there was no point and no satisfactory part of this movie at all… Expand
