RebeccaJan 21, 20079It did a pretty good job relating to the book, but it could have done better with the effects, although considering the budget, it wasn' that bad. Unfortunetly, most people seem to be distracted by too many things to get the point of the movie...it wasn't to be a blatantly "Christian" movie, but maybe people will read the book and recognize the genius of Ted Dekker.

ChrisB.Apr 26, 20075His aunt and family annoyed the heck out of me. The "Riddle Killer" was obviously very similar to the Jigsaw from the "Saw" movies. Main actor was fairly good, supporting cast was so/so. It's not a horrible movie, but it's not something I would really recommend.

20A frustrating exercise in diverted expectations.

50Most of the fun to be had with Thr3e is to spot the movies from which it cribs. Beyond that, what one has is a conventional psychological thriller that cheats too often and depends on actors determined to play only one note.

75Could pass for any serial killer movie except for some pertinent philosophizing about the nature of evil and the operations of the soul.
