This is possibly one of the best comedies ever created, following in tradition of Saturday Night Live, Myers and Garth live in their own worlds and produce a movie of epic proportions. The injokes, the real jokes, and the deliberately cheesy jokes are all humorous and are sure to make you want more (Buy Wayne's World 2 as well.).

A total cult classic. Myers and Carvey play off each other so well. I think the possible reason for mixed views is there is a lot of inside rock jokes that many boring critics might not get. This is truely hilarious,so quotable and so good.

The best stupid comedy of all tIme. This is comedic genius. One of the most quotable movies ever and Garth is the best comedy character ever in a movie

Incredibly witty and fun. Speaks for the music nerds, the metal-heads and comedy lovers. Just going out day to day trying to make the best of life and have fun. Party on, excellent.

Perhaps only bettered by Harry & Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber as the greatest comic duo of the modern age. Classic comic caper which is as ridiculous as it is funny with a great tongue in cheek performance from Rob Lowe. You will either love or hate this movie. I love it.

  1. "Bill & Ted's Aurora Adventures" might almost serve as the subtitle for this very silly but enjoyable 1992 comedy, developed from characters introduced on Saturday Night Live--heavy-metal fans (Mike Myers and Dana Carvey) with a cable access show in Aurora, Illinois.

The movie wants to be a laffaminit extravaganza like the Zucker & Abrahams productions, but with slyer humor, more inside jokes, throwaway references and just plain goofiness, as when the characters occasionally break into their own language.

However, thanks to engaging performances and a sharp script, this movie - essentially a series of three-minute sketches filling 101 minutes could be just the right choice for that Saturday night date, while Wayne-speak will no doubt be quoted and become part of the English language.
