Absolutely top notch album! Takes a bit of listening to at first, and you definintely can't say that they have stagnated in their style, but boy does it grow on you. I am reliably informed that it all makes sense when you see the DVD-I wait with bated breath for that to arrive andmake my experience complete.

A real grower and far more than the sum of its parts. Saw them live "doing" this album and the diversity is something else - live scratching, bongos, cello, accordians, guitars, etc. Outstanding

Loved the last one, but this one just leaves me cold. Not nearly playful enough....some of it sounds like Information Society or something.

'my first sequencer/sampler' springs to mind, a big dissapointment. soundbites sounded interesting but when i bought the album it just felt uninspiring. poor.

After the stimulating originality of lost horizons, 64-95 has already become an album that I will only listen too once in a while, and spend most of it's life on the shelf. Great background music to chill out to at the end of a party. Where has the strangeness and uniqueness gone that they achieved in lost horizons?

I've never had an album grow on me like this did - listen again, and again if necessary. It's stunningly brilliant.

starts slowly then grows into a monster. very much a sample/sequencer moment, but in no way does that affect the overall musical interest. some real gems too(don't stop now/shouty track)

Few electronic albums are able to stretch a smile across my face as wide as Lemon Jelly's incomparable pastiche exercise, '64-95.' Taste oughtn't be argued, but this is certainly one of my favorites.

Wow. This album is insnae.... a complete journey of sight (!!) and sound featuring textures of the past and present intricately woven together. The samples are ones that you've probably never heard before creating a newness and vitatlity to the work. But even better is the DVD. Skip the CD, and go startight fro the DVD. Anyone who wanted dance music to grow up will love this. It's so intelligent, so powerful that you'll hear something new each time you listen to it. It surprised me the first time I heard it as it covers so many different styles, but the fact that they do that so seamlessly and in such an integrated and exciting way builds this album like few others. A future classic!
