So, so very displeased. I bought this album with the anticipation of every track being like "Talk About Our Love"; I was wrong. To me, that is the only song she actually "SANG" on. What's up, Brandy? At least when you were younger you were not afraid to let your true talent come forth. I want the old Brandy back!! (Keep in mind I've purchased every album the girl has ever realeased). This downtrodden, confused effort really stinks. Let's try this again, shall we? Expand

Timbaland overload..... I think Timbaland is a great producer however, you have to have that special voice (able to hit high notes) to pull off his beats because his beats are very busy and tricky at times. Brandy's low voice is overpowered by the beats on all the timbaland produced tracks.

  1. A superbly impertinent set. [10 Jul 2004, p.48]

A far cry from the pleasing pubescent fluff of her formative years. [Aug 2004, p.139]
  3. It's beat-filled melancholy, an affirmation wrapped in a lament, it's the Coldplay record that the R&B set have never had.
