    Modern pop with hints of classic R&B and soul. The songs are very polished and well-written, but never feel less than authentic. Anjulie's lyrics explore themes of obsessive love, relationships, and romance. The album is a great showcase for Anjulie's talents, and given the right promotion, could very well make her a star.

    Anjulie has a distinctive, somewhat thin voice and it takes a few listens to warm up to it. There's a slight Europop and world feel to both Anjulie's vocals and songs but there's nothing radical going on here.
