As the album unfolds you're drawn inexorably into a world of high quality music that deserves to be savoured, devoured, replayed and pored over, and above all, enjoyed.
  2. Composer Joe Acheson seems more interested in texture than development and you can long for a discordant voice, but as head-nodding experiences go, this is pretty good.

Firstly, I would urge people not to pay much attention to the "jazz" moniker, there is nothing in the slightest noodly about Archipelago.

A review? Well, I could do no better (or even half as well as) Okayplayer's. My favourite track Reminder, exuberant, dark and with a beat you'll want to hear again and again.
