Jan 8, 2016I enjoyed 'Are You Gonna Eat That'. Rob Sonic and Aesop rock have such a unique style when they blend together. It is an album that sounds grimey and rough with a fun songs here adn there, complicated lyrics. Not for everyone, but I liked the album and was well worth the purchase.

Under The RadarAug 4, 2011Long on spirit and short on hooks, it's an album whose main appeal is that it offers the listener a window into what one assumes musicians do for fun when no one else is around. [Jul 2011, p.91]

Jun 16, 2011Just as the two's previous solo projects, the music will probably not sit well with most hip-hop heads, but it's the perfect LP for each of their respective fan base.

Jun 16, 2011Lyrically, Aesop Rock and Rob Sonic have never been stronger, and they play off each other with a unique composure that's rare nowadays. The production from track to track varies enough to keep things interesting, but it unfortunately begins to bleed together after multiple listens. Still, Are You Gonna Eat That? is an amazing return to the scene for both artists.
