This is music. Most important album of 2012. Easily.

Some of BJM's best ever work. Everybody should own this album, on vinyl preferably, but choose your own weapon.

    Wow.

A band that reinvents itself and makes some of the most interesting psycodelic music arround. Very experimental and listeneable. You have to listen to it before it gets cult and remembered as vanguard.

This album explores the path further which BJM has taken since My Bloody Underground and Who Killed Sgt. Pepper. Like his idols Lou Reed and David Bowie Anton Newcombe searched for inspiration in Berlin and judging by the outcome this has worked well for him. A good mix of 60's eastern influenced songs, krautrock and shoegaze are found on this album. Highlights on this album for me areThis album explores the path further which BJM has taken since My Bloody Underground and Who Killed Sgt. Pepper. Music [that is] deeply evocative of sitting on a magic rug. [Jun 2012, p.99]

Newcombe has constructed his most level-headed and consistently engaging record since ...And This Is Our Music back in 2003.
