I love it. His voice just keeps getting better. Love the guitar too. Songs are heartfelt, personal and joyful. I do care and am pleased that he chose to share this personal family album, in music and pictures, with us. His wife and children are beautiful. Bravo, Eric!

C'est un très bon album. Des bonnes compositions comme So tired, Say what you will, Revolution et des chansons plus douces comme Run home to me ou Back home. Une reprise sympathique de Loves comes to everyone de son ami Georges Harrison. Pour moi le point culminant de l'album c'est la magnifique reprise de Love don't love nobody, je l'écoute en boucle. [An] overblown and underwhelming batch of MOR gruel. [2 Sep 2005, p.81]

Yet heartfelt as his sentiments may be, the songs are a letdown: there's neither angst nor exaltation, just tidiness. [29 Aug 2005]
  3. A couple of indiscretions taint the disc, but hey, nobody's perfect.
