KennyMFeb 14, 20079A great album, but i miss blockhead, who is only producing for three tracks on this album and who is a staple on other aes albums like float, labor days, and fast cars. buy it but buy other releases as well.

PhilipDNov 24, 200310The man with the magical bag of raps is back, and his jukkie friends are with him again. The pied piper of rap is now officially made his way to the front gate of commericial hip-hop and is ready to blow it down with his bazooka-tooth.

DonMOct 25, 200310Ace Rock is a man apart. Others may have similarly intelligent raps, others may have equally as impressive and progressive production, Others rapping style may be just as singular and unique. But Aesop Rock is a 10 in all categories. And Bazooka Tooth exemplifies this as well as all his previous LP's and EP's.

70It radiates with a confidence fuelled by acolytes and its fun is infectious. But... the angry cynicism coursing through the album creates a distance between its maker and the listener. [#237, p.53]

He doesn't offer an alternative to mainstream rap so much as operate in another world altogether.

70In small doses (songs, verses, lines), Aesop's latest is a brutally great argument that hip-hop's new-new-new-new-new-school is as creative as its oldest. [Nov 2003, p.88]
