    The "Big Moon Ritual" songs indeed fulfill the criteria of rock, but its dimension is at least progressive and sometimes - as seen on the example of even the longest, growing steadily "Tulsa Yesterday", or having a funky groove, drawing from different genres "Rosalaee" - which moreover have been very skilfully arranged.

    Every once in a while, the results can be more enjoyable than the main event (see Stephen Stills' Manassas). And this may be true of CRB.
