They stick to their strengths--menacing songs about breaking peoples noses and such. [Jan 2012, p.70]

A 20-minute appetizer that's short, sharp, and impressively tart.

Was stoked to hear Mobb Deep was going to drop a new album, but then found out that it was only an EP. So this has only 6 or so tracks onWas stoked to hear Mobb Deep was going to drop a new album, but then found out that it was only an EP. So this has only 6 or so tracks on it-all of which has classic Mobb Deep Sound-gritty and driving. The title track "Black Cocaine" is pretty catchy for a MD sound but they stay true to their roots, not trying to be anything but what they have been for years in the game-which you could view as good or bad. But if you liked MD in the past, thier is no reason not to have this in your IPod. Full Review »
