    A strong solo release from a man who's been on quite a roll since 2010 or so. This doesn't quite reach the heights of Honey Locust Honky Tonk, but continues in the same vein, with more fleshed-out rock songs, and less prog and power-pop, which seems to be the domain of GBV nowadays. 7/10 may not sound great, but five or six 7/10 albums a year from one man (in large part) with a really coolA strong solo release from a man who's been on quite a roll since 2010 or so.
