Over the course of Body Talk, Robyn has proved that there's real emotion to be found among the ones and zeros of electronic music, and Pt 3. is the culmination of that outlook: euphoric, personal, and inspirational to the last beat.
  2. From "Don't F***ing Tell Me What to Do" to "We Dance to the Beat," her songwriting in that vein is as strong as anybody's. Scattered across her three 2010 CDs is one great album. How I wish this was it.

The first genuinely exciting, no-filler, pure pop full-length album since The Fame.

You could argue that Robyn does sexy, bolshy, catchy pop so effortlessly – as evidenced again by the new tracks, especially Call Your Girlfriend – that Body Talk should have been edited into a straightforward killer pop album.

It's this underdog story that emphasizes just why Body Talk is such a revelation; it is the musical peak of an artist who has always had a bigger picture for what pop could sound like.

Body Talk impresses for its thematic focus and laser-precise editing.

Third mediocre outing in twelve months for Swedish starlet.

It makes me wanna dance and it gives me so much party vibes. Robyn is underrated. This album is fun, emotional and it can make you cry or dance. And I can't believe that Robyn is a singer but also a DJ. That's so insane. Expand

The electropop Bible! There is no much more to say.
With 'Dancing On My Own' as one of the best track ever made (yes I said that) or 'Call Your Girlfriend' as one of the greatest gay urban anthem... Body Talk just flows flawlessly while exploring many interesting and new electro sounds.
This album is a perfect sequel to her self-titled masterpiece from 2005., with both albums prove why Robyn is and will ever remain an electro queen and a gay culture legend.

Body Talk is a good, not great, effort. There's nothing really bad at all about here, and the music is catchy and fun. Some of the songs,Body Talk is a good, not great, effort. There's nothing really bad at all about here, and the music is catchy and fun. Some of the songs, however, seem to fade when trying to remember the entirety of the album. Some of the standout tracks, obviously stated by others, include "Dancing on My own" and "Hang With Me", which are catchy and powerhouses. There's also a little place in my heart for tracks like "U Should Know Better" with Snoop Dog and "Don't ****ing Tell Me What To Do", if just for their simple catchy style. The overall album is still good, high quality stuff, and fun to listen to. Expand
