    Bring Me the Head of Kyle Bobby Dunn is Dunn's best work to date, consisting of a solid two hours of minimal, emotive, ambient drone that should appeal to fans of Stars of the Lid and Brian Eno.

    Bring Me the Head Of... will not win Dunn an army of new fans, you are either on his wavelength or you're not. It is, however, among his finest work to date and shows an ever-growing refinement and understanding of his chosen medium.

Bring Me the Head... has a strong visual quality, in the sense that it creates recurring images in the mind of the listener. It's what drone music sounds like in the hands of a crafty composer, but it manages to stay shy of any intellectualism and hit emotional nerves with wave after wave of soft noise. Full Review »
