Rascal Flatts is a trio certainly familiar to fans of country music. On the new album - "Changed" prevail compositions in which you hear a note of melancholy. Music keeps that mood throughout the songs, but thankfully gentlemen decided to vary album for ex. by exuberant - "She's Leaving". Album is not indeed the highest levels, but it can be find interesting for country fans.

The title track may be about rebirth, but on Changed, Rascal Flatts remains the same as ever.

Changed marches to a deliberate beat, the tempos shifting only slightly when things get either insistent or gentle, the group layering its harmonies heavily on both the soft and loud numbers, giving every cut a candied gloss.

While the album lacks some of the energy and freshness of 2010's Nothing Like This, introspective tunes such as "A Little Home," "Sunrise" (co-written by Joe Don) and the Lady Antebellum-esque "Come Wake Me Up" add even more depth to the trio's sound.
