  1. Cheers boasts 74 straight minutes of inventive production, original ideas, thought-out lyrics, and straight-up MCing -- even if it lacks outright hits à la "In da Club" or "Lose Yourself."
  2. This album is chock full of more cast iron monster tunes than any mainstream rap LP this century.
  3. What redeems Trice is his workmanlike emphasis of craft over style. It's not flamboyant, but it's impressive.
  4. Obie is, underneath all Eminem's bullshit, a nice emcee, old school, so when Em gives him a beat with some soul, he comes through.
  5. Trice is a talented MC, and the synth-funk production by Mr. Mathers, Dre, and Timbaland is top-notch.
  6. On "Hands on You,"... Trice gets to show off his incredible lyrical flow alongside an unusually subdued Eminem.
  7. His delivery is intoxicatingly smooth, even if his lyrics travel all the usual exhausted topics.
  8. The album comes with a full load -- 19 songs -- and some do fall off, as if he and the production crew run low on invention.
  9. More D12 than 50 Cent in terms of quality, Cheers should have been way more than simply the sum of its notable parts.

In my opinion, Obie's too underrated. This album was amazing and I'm waiting for Second Rounds On Me
