    It may be that the only constant on Chemical Warfare IS Alchemist's beats, but that's enough to make it work--and like the futuristic battle it implies the album is filled with hits you'll never see coming.

    This album is pretty good, yet there is some filler definitely. Old Leef down here talkin about "these days". The album features Kool G Rap and KRS One, hip hop pioneers, and they are the ones who have some of the worst rhymes on the album.… Expand

    Pretty much terrible. The beats are OK, but that's not enough to rectify the completely garbage coming out of these rappers mouths. These days, if the wordplay isn't there, then it becomes obvious how ludicrously stale and contrived gangsta rap has become. And this is as obvious as it's ever been.… Expand

    This album was an absolute letdown. I was hoping, maybe even expecting that an album this well reviewed would be well written, more conceptual, keener, more true to reality, etc. but sadly, it was none of the above. This album, with the exception of a handful of the tracks, were absolute trash.… Expand
