  • Summary: This is the Leeds, England indie-rock band's first American LP release in four years. Akin to recent Radiohead, this disc incorporates experimental electronica elements, and also adds guest vocals from members of hip-hop outfit cLOUDDEAD.

  1. Uniformly excellent.... Few, if any, British bands are making music quite like this right now.
  2. Tender melodies, modern scrapes and traditional beauty merge into a gently unfolded whole that touches the soul with its silky aesthetics.
  3. It's definitely a great step for the group.
  4. This is, quite possibly, one of the finest releases of last year, and certainly one of the most overlooked.

Indeed a modern pastoral masterpiece a la Talk Talk's Laughing Stock and PJ's Is This Desire?

Fantastically overrated! Pompous. Their early stuff is much better.
