  • Summary: The fourth full-length for production duo Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons features the singles "Star Guitar" and "It Began In Afrika." Guest vocalists include long-time Chemical Brothers staple Beth Orton and Richard Ashcroft.

  1. Confirming everything that is great about Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons, Come with Us is equal measures driving rhythms and euphoric, widescreen melodies.
  2. It's the sound of musicians realizing how good they are at what they do. And then doing it.

A worthy successor to Surrender.... This is dance music that still outstrips anything else in its class. [Feb/Mar 2002, p.113]
  4. Come With Us is too much of a mixed bag to induce a full-length journey; it’s best experienced in short walkabouts.
  5. 70
Come With Us will doubtlessly electrify their legions of fans and just as effortlessly enrage the condescending cognoscenti that loves to hate them. [#90, p.120]
  6. There are certain things they do very well, yet they don't seem to be content with being pigeonholed as one-dimensional. Unfortunately, one-dimensional is about the only thing they can pull off convincingly.
  7. Time to pull out Dig Your Own Hole while the Bros. claw through this current slump, er, evolutional period.

Just listen "The test".It does not intend to be emotionally affecting. It is phantasmagorical. It is probably reminiscence of some LCD (for example) experience. All CB music is like other, parallel and more beautiful reality and every CB album is discovery of a new aspect of that syntethical paradise.
