Oh dear lord this is mediocre, 'cater 2 u' is basically sexist drivel from the 'independant woman' while 'girl' grates with mawkish irritation and 'soldier' is dull and annoying. 'Lose my breath' has some spirit but most of the rest is a hell of interminable ballads

This is pure pornography pretending to be music which I'm surprised Beyonce had time to make with all her Pepsi and McDonald's commitments. This will make you emotionally sterile.

uh.......riiiight. it could be better...but its not. THe first single got annoying after a few listens. The second song is just their attempt to gain street credit...even tho they come from a rich suburban background. the rest of the cd lacks originality.

  1. Unlike many R&B artists, Destiny's Child are actively bad at singing ballads, which mostly turn out mawkish, aimless and dull.

Often moves at a molasses-like pace, weighted down with a preponderance of exquisitely executed but ultimately dull ballads. [26 Nov 2004, p.117]
  3. Destiny Fulfilled starts off pitifully and only gets worse.
