  • Summary: The rapper's second album is missing contributions from the Dr. Dre / Eminem / 50 Cent clan who helped power 'The Documentary' to success, but it does feature production work by Kanye West, Just Blaze and Swizz Beatz.

  1. Barring some last-minute surprise, he has made the best hip-hop album of the year. [9 Nov 2006]
  2. Unbelievably, the beats on Doctor's Advocate out-bang those on The Documentary, and the Game breathes compelling detail into the severe persona he established on his debut.
  3. There's no precedent for an album that worships a no-show so hard on one hand, flips the bird to hip-hop protocol with the other, and knowingly refuses to push things forward, even flaunts it.
  4. Doctor's Advocate isn't the classic that message boards are calling it, but it is a middling yet pleasurable record.

Best album of all time! Straight up. Better than his debut and his other releases, it deserves a better score from the critics but we know its straight fire. #StillPumpingIn2013 Collapse

No i'm not your G-unot fan. or F*ck game for name dropping fan. so my review is the best for those like me. the thing i love about this CD its its the first time we hear a westcoast CD (without dr. dre involved) that makes you knod your head. yes he does say jigga more than jay, and yes he loves dre and cherry red 64's. but i suggest u buy it.
