  1. The Dolls' bark is as big as their bite.
  2. Ms. Scherzinger's small, flexible voice thrives in the programmed, computer-tuned R&B tracks.
  3. The Pussycats' debut from 2005 was that kind of disc, and though this follow-up tries darn hard to follow that formula, it comes up just short.
  4. Given the fact there are 25 tracks and a platoon of songwriters spread over Doll Domination's various bonus discs, it's not surprising that it occasionally succeeds, and there are hit singles to be found here.
  5. Like the Dolls's debut, "PCD," the new album could use a little more of that cabaret style and a little less of the anonymous, by-the-numbers R&B and dance formulas that have become the modern girl-group convention
  6. After a while, listening to this CD feels like a one-way conversation with a vapid hot chick who's in love with the sound of her own voice.
  7. With 15 cuts in all, the album sounds like the Dolls just threw everything they had against the charts to see if anything would stick.

Like most big pop groups, they're great at singles--Rodney Jerkins' 'When I Grow Up' fashionably disses fame-- but fail when it comes to albums. [Dec 2008, p.115]
  9. Digging out this handful of songs from the 16-track proper album-- inflated to as much as 24 tracks with the bonus disc added in--is flat-out exhausting, necessitating trawling through too many dull beats, breathy bleats, a phoned-in Snoop Dogg cameo and Missy Elliot name-dropping Katy Perry.
  10. Doll Domination is a series of signifiers to other, more interesting, moments in recent pop culture.
  11. Unless a couple more of these tracks manage to repeat the success of 'When I Grow Up' and stick on commercial radio, this is an album heading straight for the bargain bins.
  12. As it turns out, Scherzinger's not interesting enough on her own, so she's padding out her shtick with four glorified backup singers in tow.

Aside from a few songs, the **** Doll's Domination falls incredibly short. The few songs that garnered public notice and made the albuma success are the only pieces on the album that are able to hold their own. In an album full of guest appearance and stylized pop beats, it seems the **** dolls are out of steam... yet again. Full Review »

UMM.....aLL I can Say is WHat An Album. Now dis time i spended my money well. i mean come on now don't be jealus, its the best group of songs i'd ever heard. be more generous and give em credit cuz its an Excellent album and at least each doll has their own solo song. And THey are One of the best dancing groups ever. but I can say that its unfair to the other dolls dat nicole gets all the lead. I noe if dis time around all of dem sang at least each of the soongs den it would had been more successful. I LOVE PCD!!!!!!!!! Full Review »
