Amazingly composed, faithful to the original, and awesome just as great as ever. Guest appearance/comedic interludes from David Cross and others are amusing, Quite a set of guest artists (Zack De La Rocha from Rage Against The Machine among others). No complaints, and only praise here.

Definitely deserves more credit than its gotten. Not a bad album at all. Filled with instrumentation and incredible features. I mean, Joseph Gordon Levitt on the intro...brilliant. Love it

Event 2 sounds close enough to the first launch that an outwardly futuristic disc sounds oddly dated. Eight years in the making, the sequel doesn't venture where no man has gone before, but it's a worthy return trip for fans of the maiden voyage.

Perhaps the biggest strength of 3030 was its playability. The story unfolded organically over multiple listens, and Event II successfully replicates this.

The tunes where this trio goes it alone are audacious. [No. 103, p.54]
