Really easy!, Like a friendly ballad with two Rock songs. But it is one of my favorites bands.

I really enjoyed this little treat from one of my favorite bands. A great teaser for a new album early next year. I will admit that they really don't uncover any new territory here, they may even step back a little, but that only makes me remember why I fell in love with Grandaddy in the first place.

i like this a lot because it harkens back to their "under the western freeway" days. i am glad they got rid of some of the polish.

  1. More difficult to embrace than earlier Grandaddy releases.
  2. A goofy, sloppy mini-album, cramming familiar Weezer fuzz, stoned piano ballads, playful analogue synths, and misguided Bad Company references into a little more than half an hour.
  3. A mixed bag of bouncy, speed-fueled pop songs and spacey neo-psychedelia flooded with waves of synthesizer.
