This album makes you feel like you where there. The vibes are all that and some. I can't wait for a dvd to come and get the total experience.

I just have to see her live. For me she's the greatest talent around & her jazz tinged soul satisfies my soul. Thank you Jill. Come to Scotland soon!

Jill is the epitome of an artist. She gives it to you raw and uncut. She gives you her real talent. She toys with different ranges (vocals). She is not afraid to be your entertainment. She is one of the best. She keeps it real with you. How can you not respect her music. Being able to see Jill live.....Priceless!! Love ya Jill!!! One of your Die hard fans.

  1. The warmth of her debut is still there but now overlaid with something fearsome, forceful and almost overbearing at times.
  2. Look beyond the spasm-inducing bass solos to Scott herself: a frequently magnetic performer, with a certain brave, defiant spirit that her peers lack.

If the studio stuff lacks punch, her live material pulls fresh meaning from her music's subtlety. [Feb 2002, p.110]
