JusticeBJul 28, 200810To the CSS fan(s) you should know that Ice Cream and The Get Go were originally released in 2005 and CSS were aware of it. The bands are both fans of each other too so what's you problem?

CiaranM.Mar 1, 20088I can't understand the extremely negative comments below. All I'll say is, this is a fun, catchy modern alternative electro pop album. "The Get Go" is a particularly impressive track.

MartaW.Aug 16, 20070Horrible and pour sound and the cover record is awlful too. CSS do much better.

[Anonymous]Aug 1, 20077Soundwise, it's pretty shallow, but it's my musical guilty pleasure of the summer. It's catchy and danceable enough.

MartinAug 19, 20078To all who compare this album to CSS - you don't get it. If you want to blame New Young Pony Club, then do so for ripping the Talking Heads. And they do pretty good so. This album is hardly a turning point in music history but it's well done and catchy.

AmyS.Sep 6, 20070The great biggest farce of the year: This wanna be's CSS-Retro-Electro-Schockers "band". Uncomfortably, vary bad imitation of CSS, they do the right and real stuff, and not plastic stuff like NYPC.

MattB.Nov 24, 20078This is a great debut. Rare to get such quality across a whole album - and creative writing throughout. Their confidence is evident in great hooks and expert pacing. Sure, they've chosen a familiar sound, but when it's delivered so well, you keep coming back for more. Highly recommended.

JohnH.Aug 1, 20078Incredibly enjoyable and dance-able! I don't see why people can't simply enjoy this album for what it is, a light hearted and enjoyable way to spend an hour with!

AlexPAug 14, 20078I don't know why the low scores for this album -- maybe it's too "happy" for the ennui sheeple. It's up beat and packages a lot of other recent pop influences into fun album. Good "working out" music.

RichardM.Aug 28, 20070Awful. Shame of the Year.

amyh.Aug 4, 20070Pure imitation of a great Brazilian band CSS. Horrible.

RogerW.Aug 29, 20070CSS did and do much better, don't waste your money in a fake polka band!

-
JullyM.Sep 18, 20070CSS did the same thing before. And better!

NYPC's restrained disco needs to rip it up and get wilder, cos this down'n'dirty posse is actually cleaner than a Boots cosmetics counter.
-
Fantastic Playroom packs enough innovation in its boosters to reach new rave escape velocity.

40Over a whole album, the formula wears thin, and they sound like a band trying too hard to be trendy.
